1688 World Pay is a product launched jointly by Zyla/Ant Group and 1688.com, specifically for international e-Commerce procurement services. Overseas customers can now pay for 1688.com orders using Zyla Account while 1688.com suppliers receive payments in CNY, turning the impossible into reality. Zyla is the only payment service provider has this capability.
Firstly, make sure you have balance in your off-shore RMB (CNH) Zyla Account in advance, you can top up using RMB(CNH) or use other currencies to convert to off-shore RMB (CNH). Next, make sure you have authorised 1688 ID. Once that's done, you may start using 1688 World Pay to pay for your 1688.com orders from China.
Once 1688 World Pay is activated in your Zyla Account, you will be able to auto-debit off-shore RMB (CNH) in real time for purchases in a single click, making things more efficient and cost-effective.
1688 World Pay currently supports transactions in CNH only. If you have other currencies in your Zyla Account, kindly convert your account balance into off-shore RMB (CNH) first before using 1688 World Pay.
The auto-debit function is currently applicable to off-shore RMB (CNH) Zyla Account. If necessary, you may choose to use Zyla's currency exchange tool to convert directly into off-shore RMB (CNH).
