FAQs

1. What's the promotion period?

The Referral Program runs from 15 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. Your referral must register for a Zyla Account within this timeframe, and successfully add the required funds to their account by 31 January 2027.

2. When will I receive my reward?

The US$150 referral reward will be credited to your Zyla Account by the end of the following month after your referral completes the qualifying steps above.

3. Where can I check my rewards?

You’ll find the reward in the Rewards Center under ‘My benefit – My rights - Cashback Rewards’ when you log in.

4. Which of my contacts are eligible for the referral program?

Your contacts from all the supported countries and regions of Zyla are eligible to participate.

5. How much will my contacts earn if they complete the eligible transactions?

Referred contacts who register their Zyla Account will receive US$50 after completing the qualifying transactions.

6. What transactions does my referral need to make?

Receive payments from marketplaces, PSPs, or developer platforms supported by Zyla.

Note: The total transaction amount should reach US$1,000. Payments from other Zyla Accounts and deposits from the referred person's own bank account are not eligible.

7. Which developer platforms qualify for the reward?

We currently support incoming payments from Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, Google Adsense, AppLovin.

8. What if my contact didn’t use my referral link?

Unfortunately, we can only track registrations made through your unique link. If your contact didn't use it when signing up, you won’t be eligible for the reward.

9. I haven’t received my reward. What should I do?

Before reaching out to our support team, please double check the following:

1. Timing: The reward will be credited by the last business day of the month after the qualifying task is completed.
2. Account balance: Rewards are credited directly to your Zyla Account.

10. What behaviors are considered violations?

The following are considered violations and may result in disqualification or clawback of rewards:

• Fictitious transactions, circular transfers, etc.
• Using multiple accounts or nominee accounts to bypass restrictions
• Any behaviour that's considered abusive, fraudulent, or dishonest

If a violation is found, Zyla reserves the right to disqualify participants, recover any rewards issued, and take legal action.
